The Day 7 session of the TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) Program 2025–2026 was held on 13th August 2025, featuring an inspiring session by Mr. Murlidhar S – Successful Entrepreneur, CEO, Investor, Mentor, with expertise in Skill Assessment & Team Building.
The session emphasized the importance of building strong teams and assessing skills effectively as a foundation for entrepreneurial success. Mr. Murlidhar shared his journey as a successful entrepreneur and investor, offering valuable insights on leadership, collaboration, and the role of mentors in guiding startups.
Students were introduced to strategies for identifying complementary skills, fostering teamwork, and creating a culture of trust and accountability within startup teams. Through engaging discussions and activities, they learned how the right mix of people and skills can determine the growth and resilience of a venture.
The session motivated students to recognize that while ideas are vital, it is the people behind the idea who truly drive a startup’s success.
