Table Tennis

Table Tennis is a fast-paced sport that demands intense concentration and quick thinking. It is an excellent activity for enhancing reflexes, improving focus, and building sharp hand-eye coordination. Our program helps students develop competitive skills while enjoying a fun, energetic, and highly engaging indoor activity.

Yoga

A core part of our wellness curriculum, offering students a powerful set of techniques to manage stress and improve overall health. Students learn to focus on the present moment, improving concentration and mental clarity.The practice of various asanas  increases physical flexibility and range of motion.

Martial Arts

Internal Assessment 20 marks

a) Paper Pen test(5M)

  • Three Periodic tests will be conducted
  • The average of best two periodic tests will be considered

b) Multiple Assessment (5M)
strategies to be used. (Quizzes, oral test, concept map, exit cards, visual expression, etc.)

c)Portfolio Assessment (5M)
Portfolio (Class work plus peer assessment, self -assessment, achievements of student in the subject, reflections, narrations, journals, etc.

d)Sub Enrichment (5 M)

Yearly Exam

Written exam for 80 marks with syllabus coverage as below:

Class VI: 10% of 1st term covering significant topics +entire syllabus of 2nd term

Class VII: 20% of 1st term covering significant topics + entire syllabus of 2nd term

Class VIII: 30% of 1st term covering significant topics + entire syllabus of 2nd term

Co-Scholastic Area

Grade VI to VIII

The school promotes Co-curricular activities for the holistic development of the students. It will be graded on a 3-point scale (A to C). The aspect of regularity, active participation, output, and teamwork will be the criteria for grading in the Co-Scholastic areas such as Work education, art, and craft, physical education, and discipline.
