Soundarya Central School, hosted 3rd Soundarya Interschool Football Tournament on August 31, 2023. More than 20 schools from different parts of Bangalore participated in 4 categories, Under-13 girls and boys, Under-15 Girls and boys. The event’s inaugural was presided over by Chief Guest Mr. Anup Theres Raj, Managing Director of Soundarya Educational Trust Mrs. Sunitha Manjappa, Trustee Member Mr. Varun Kumar and Principal Mrs. Renuka Devi. Mr. Anup Theresa Raj shared tips from his rich playing and coaching experience. The events were held at three different grounds. The event witnessed celebratory moments of football played in the true spirit of sports. Some matches ended in exciting penalty shootouts. Winners of the events were U-13 Girls category – Land Mark School, U-13 Boys category – Soundarya Central School, U-15 Girls category – New age World School, U-15 boys category KLE Society’s School.
