In a milestone event that has filled us with immense pride, our students had the rare and incredible opportunity to participate in the Astronaut–Student Interaction Program, organized by the Karnataka Science and Technology Promotion Society (KSTePS).
The highlight was a direct, inspiring interaction with none other than Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, the first Indian Astronaut to visit the International Space Station and the second Indian to travel to space!
This special session, held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium on 25th November, was curated to ignite young minds. Our students learned firsthand about space science, human spaceflight, and the vast opportunities in space research.
We are confident that this unforgettable experience will fuel their curiosity, broaden their scientific horizons, and inspire them to reach for the stars!
