The 100 Days Reading Challenge was inaugurated for secondary and senior secondary wing at Soundarya Central School on 18 July 2026 with great enthusiasm. The programme began with a welcome address, followed by an inspiring speech on the importance of reading and developing lifelong reading habits.
The event featured a variety of engaging activities, including Genre Galaxy, where students introduced different literary genres, a melodious reading-themed song, an exciting quiz, thoughtful book reviews, and expressive poem recitation. These activities encouraged students to appreciate books and explore the joy of reading.
The programme concluded with an inspiring address by our respected Principal Ma’am, who motivated students to read regularly, broaden their knowledge, and actively participate in the 100 Days Reading Challenge.
The inauguration was a memorable and successful event, inspiring students to begin their reading journey with enthusiasm and commitment.
