Preparatory Stage
Grade III to V
The preparatory stage aims to provide every child with learning opportunities to develop their potential, critical thinking, creativity, unique capabilities, sensitize with life skills, functional literacy, and numeracy in scholastic and co scholastic disciplines. We emphasize activity-based discovery and interactive classroom learning with a holistic approach to equip students with 21st-century skills. Our multidimensional academic programs free students from conventional boundaries allowing them to learn deeply from many perspectives. Children explore and become immersed in multiple areas of learning

- To ensure access and opportunity to all.
- To facilitate and provide a productive learning process through activity-oriented lessons, technology-based learning by using different interactive tools, hands-on work, and extensive co-curricular activities.
- Improve quality and achievement of learning outcomes and its continuous tracking, competencies and subject integration, promotion of peer tutoring, holistic progress card, usage of local language for the betterment of teaching learning process.
- Focus on 21st-century skills in teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Experiential learning in play, discovery, activity-based, and interactive classroom learning.
- To inculcate moral values and general awareness of the students, interactive sessions are held in circle-time. This makes learning a joyful experience for students.
Scholastic Area
Scholastic Area: The assessment structure and examination for classes III to V comprises of two terms i.e. Term –I and Term –II. Assessments are done comprehensively through the internal and external performance of the students. Details are as follows.

2. Internal Assessment
Internal Assessment is conducted during the process of learning. It comprises various techniques like ASL/Reading/ Dictation/Debate/Public speaking etc in languages. In core subjects Lab activities/Project Work/ Model making/ Quizzes/Field trips, etc will be held as an internal assessment activity.
These formative activities will help students to prepare for the summative tests and examinations (pen-paper test) known as subject enrichment activities.
The final report card of students will reflect a 5-point grading scale.

Co-Scholastic Area
The school promotes Co-curricular activities for the holistic development of the student. It will be graded on 3 point scale (A to C) for grades III to V. The aspect of regularity, sincere participation, output, and teamwork will be the criteria for grading in the Co-Scholastic areas such as Personality development, Art Education, Physical Education, and Discipline.
Promotion Policy
The objective of the assessment is to bring continuous improvement in the performance of learners through the constant diagnosis of gaps and difficulties in learning. There is no- pass /fail criteria for grades III-V based on terminal examination.
