The students of Soundarya Central School observed National Doctors’ Day through a Special Assembly to honour the dedication, compassion, and invaluable service of doctors. The assembly highlighted the significant role doctors play in safeguarding our health and promoting the well-being of society.
Students presented an engaging programme that included informative speeches on the importance of doctors and their selfless service. A student dressed as a doctor added a lively touch by speaking about the medical profession and inspiring everyone to appreciate the efforts of healthcare professionals. The assembly also featured an interactive GK quiz on Doctors’ Day, in which students enthusiastically participated, making the session both educational and enjoyable.
The special guest for the day, Dr. Jyothi from BGS Hospital, addressed the students and shared valuable insights on the importance of personal hygiene, punctuality, time management, and discipline in everyday life. Her inspiring talk encouraged students to adopt healthy habits and develop a disciplined lifestyle.
The programme concluded with a heartfelt message expressing gratitude to doctors for their unwavering commitment and care, inspiring students to respect and value the noble profession.
